How long do balloons last?
Most balloon designs can last for weeks indoors. The lifespan of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space they are in. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons (whether indoor or outdoor) once safely delivered to you or picked up.  

Are your balloons environmentally friendly? 
Yes! Our balloons are 100% biodegradable, made from natural latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be recycled. 

How far in advance should I book you? 
The sooner the better! For bookings within seven days of service date, there is a rush fee added to the total invoice amount.

What is your cancellation policy? 
Once you book with us that time slot is reserved, and materials are ordered for your event. You may cancel the balloon art services up to five days before the scheduled date and time of service. If you cancel within this time frame, we will retain 50% of the total fee as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of service, we will retain 100% of the total fee as a cancellation fee.

What if I want to change the colors I originally ordered? 
We get it - choosing colors is hard but we are here to help! We need your finalized color choices at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to service date.

How long after placing my DIY kit order will I receive my package?

Processing time takes up to 4 days. Local pick-ups will be available as soon as processing is complete. You will be notified when your DIY kit is ready for pick up. Packages being shipped, we have partnered with FedEx for their 2-Day shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for your package to arrive from the order date.

How soon do I need to return rentals?

We ask that you return any rentals within 5 business days of your event date. This will allow the rental to be prepped and ready for the next party.
